Each year, our Santa sessions book up faster and faster. We love seeing so many families making us part of their holiday tradition, and we work hard to make sure everyone has a chance to experience the magic with the Santa they prefer to see.
Unfortunately, every season we have families who don’t show up for their scheduled sessions without letting us know. While I completely understand that life happens, every no-show prevents another family, often one who’s been checking the site daily for a cancellation, from getting an appointment with the Santa they’ve been hoping for.
To help keep things fair for all of our families, we will now be implementing the following policy effective immediately for the 2025 Santa Season:
- Families who miss three scheduled appointments without communication at least 24 hours in advance will be required to pay a $40 booking fee to reserve any future sessions.
- If that fee isn’t paid within 2 hours of receiving the invoice, the appointment will be released.
- The $40 is non-refundable; however, once you arrive for your session, it will be credited directly toward your purchase.
This policy helps ensure that every family waiting for an opening has a fair chance, and that our Santas' and the DFC team have their time and efforts respected.
We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support. It means the world to us to be part of your family’s holiday memories year after year.
SHIPPING:
We offer shipping via USPS for $6. Once the holidays hit, the postal service has horrible delays and loses more packages than I'd care to mention. This season we are offering anyone who hopes to have their orders in time for the holidays will have the option UPS Ground (delivered within 48 hours) for $15. If you are not relying on a specific delivery date, then you can choose USPS.
