This a per diem position. I know this is not an easy request, but the photographer would need to be available on certain weekday mornings (you would work hand-in-hand with the assistant to schedule these appointments) so the flexibility is up to you! It can be the same days each week or more flexible depending on your preference. Milestone sessions are usually scheduled during the week between 9am-2pm. Outdoor family sessions are usually photographed about 1 hour before sunset. Weekends are available when we are not in holiday season. Again, this can all be easier discussed during your interview
Responsibilities
- Experience photographing children is REQUIRED. The lovely little clients are (mostly) 1 year old to 5 and sometimes older but not usual.
- Photographing and posing families in natural light situations
- Experience with Adobe Lightroom preferred and Basic Computer Knowledge.
- and have basic knowledge of studio lighting.
- Have an outgoing and friendly personality.
- Must be able to have a creative mindset for in-studio set ups
- Photographing with Studio lighting preferred but not required.. If you are not familiar, I will train.
- Must be able to shoot in manual mode
Additional Info:
- I supply the equipment. We shoot with Nikon Z6 Mirrorless Cameras with a 24-70mm Lens. If f you prefer to shoot with your own gear, we can discuss this during your interview.
- This is not a learning/training experience, you must already be a professional photographer
- All photographers sign a Contractor's Agreement which is NOT a non-compete.
- This does not prevent you from having your own business (it is actually encouraged! I love supporting one another).
